Machine Design

DIMCA facing the design process as an interdisciplinary concept that involves analyzing the problems or challenges that new development presents us, from all perspectives that affect or condition: the functionality of the design, structural strength, manufacturing processes, maintenance, etc … the unavoidable goal is to design a reliable product that meets its role and the client expectations.

Such developments initially include specific activities dedicated to the engineering design and product definition. Once conceptualized the design and agreed with the client, we perform the detailed engineering, with the emission a full set of drawings, lists of equipment components, spare parts recommended, structural calculation, correct dimensioning to fabrication, and testing of the prototype if development requires it.

DIMCA used to design and develop facilities, equipment and / or components the latest and advanced software to the study, design and validation of their models, AutoCAD Mechanical 2013 and SolidWorks 2013. Tools extraordinarily valid in its natural application design and drafting, as well as particularly powerful in its capabilities for analysis, calculation, dimensioning and validation of prototypes. We emphasize our FEM and CFD analysis thereby providing conceptually reliable and cost effective products.

Our design team pays special attention to the preparation of the final technical documentation, containing clear and precise drawings which undoubtedly result is a equipment safe use, of the highest quality, that facilitates efficient and trouble-free installation. We are able to offer the following services for technical documentation as part of our commitment, planning and application drawings, installation and general arrangement drawings, equipment detailed drawings, services drawings, lists of equipment components, spare parts recommended and all calculation and validation reports applicable.

Our designers are fully trained with a critical eye, evaluating design proposals at an early stage, identifying all risks that may arise during the construction and installation. We extend this responsibility, considering the health and safety of those who must maintain, repair and clean the systems. These activities are essential to meet the design and construction specifications for use, maintenance and support.
